Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to manage daily operations at Meaders Shop found at Mare D'albert. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain optimal stock levels.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an adequate stock of all products through sales reconciliation.
• Communicate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and timelines.
• Follow up with customers to assess their feed demands.
• Address queries from farmers about products and services.
• Execute banking transactions as required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with all products and services offered.

 

Profile of the Ideal Candidates

• Minimum of School Certificate or Higher School Certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
