Job Description
Our client in the communication sector is seeking to recruit for a post of Key Accounts Executive.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
Understand clients' business objectives, brands, products, and target audiences.
Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Account Management:
Manage day-to-day communications with clients.
Coordinate and oversee the execution of campaigns and projects from briefing to completion.
Prepare client presentations, proposals, contact reports, and status updates.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
Campaign Coordination:
Collaborate with creative, digital, media, production, and strategy teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.
Develop and communicate clear briefs to internal teams.
Ensure all deliverables meet agency quality standards and client requirements.
Coordinate campaign launches and monitor implementation.
Financial Management:
Prepare project estimates and budgets.
Monitor project profitability and control costs.
Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments when required.
Support account growth through upselling and cross-selling agency services.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts.
Contribute to new business pitches and presentations.
Support the development of strategic recommendations for clients.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Reporting & Administration:
Maintain accurate project documentation and account records.
Prepare campaign performance reports and post-campaign evaluations.
Track key account metrics and client feedback.
Ensure compliance with agency processes and procedures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Client satisfaction and retention rates.
Revenue growth within assigned accounts.
Project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Account profitability.
Quality of client service and responsiveness.
New business opportunities generated from existing accounts.
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, advertising, marketing, or communications.
Experience within an advertising, digital, media, or communication agency would be an advantage.
