The primary purpose of the Candidate Experience Representative is to work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategy and proactively develop a steady and robust Candidate pipeline for the various roles in the region.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

• Conduct candidate screening by doing resume review and phone interviews
• Book qualified candidates for the necessary screening assessments
• Provide real-time updates of the candidate's status in the hiring process
• Regularly engage with employees to provide the status of their referrals and to increase employee participation in the IQEQ referral program
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information of the Applicant Tracking System
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of reportorial requirements
• Ensure all tickets raised are tackled within required deadline
