We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and polished Showroom Sales Home Styling Assistant to join our team. If you have an eye for design, love connecting with people, and want to represent a brand that values excellence, this role is for you!

What You Will Do:

• Welcome & Inspire: Greet clients walking into our showroom, understand their vision, and guide them through our curated collections with warmth and professionalism.

• Style & Curate: Assist clients in selecting the perfect furniture and decor combinations, offering creative home styling advice to bring their spaces to life.

• Drive Sales: Actively manage customer inquiries (in-person, phone, and digital), prepare professional quotes, and follow up to close sales.

• Showroom Excellence: Maintain the pristine presentation, layout, and visual merchandising of the showroom so it always looks inspiring.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our management and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

• The Personality: A warm, enthusiastic, and well-presented individual who genuinely loves customer service and interior design.

• Communication Skills: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) to comfortably interact with local clients, expats, and corporate partners.

• Experience: Previous experience in high-end retail, luxury hospitality, or interior design/real estate is highly preferred.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic retail systems, preparing quotes, and responding to client emails.

• The Mindset: A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment.
