Job Description

 

Are you passionate about sales, customer relationships, and the food & beverage industry? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Specialist to join our Commercial Team and help drive growth across the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Growth: Manage and grow a portfolio of HoReCa accounts including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and resorts; achieve volume, revenue, and distribution targets for the assigned territory
  • New Business Development: Prospect and convert new HoReCa outlets; identify whitespace opportunities by mapping the on-premise landscape and building a pipeline of target accounts
  • Relationship Building: Develop trusted partnerships with chefs, F&B managers, procurement heads, and general managers; conduct regular visits to ensure service quality and identify upselling opportunities
  • Solutions & Menu Support: Work with the Culinary Development Specialist to deliver product demonstrations, recipe ideas, and menu support that create value beyond price for HoReCa clients
  • Order & Supply Coordination: Ensure timely order placement, delivery follow-up, and stock availability at client outlets; liaise with Supply Chain to resolve fulfilment issues and minimise out-of-stock situations
  •  Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends within the HoReCa segment; provide field insights and client feedback to the Professional Manager F&B to inform channel strategy.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or HORECA sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Valid driving license.
