Site Supervisor

Location: Democratic Republic of Congo (Relocation Required)

Salary: Up to USD 1,500 Net per month + Relocation Assistance (Visa Sponsorship, Private Accommodation, Transport, Allowances, etc)

Overview

Our client is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities on project sites in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The successful candidate will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications while coordinating site teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.

  • Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.

  • Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues or delays.

  • Verify that work is performed according to approved drawings and specifications.

  • Maintain site records, reports, and progress updates.

  • Monitor material usage and report shortages or requirements.

  • Assist in resolving technical and operational challenges on site.

  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Site Supervisor, Site Foreman, or similar construction role.

  • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Experience supervising construction workers and subcontractors.

  • Good understanding of construction processes, site safety, and quality standards.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Willingness to relocate to the Democratic Republic of Congo.

  • French language skills are advantageous; English is required.
