Job Description
The key responsibilities and tasks will include the following:
KEY RESULTS AREA (KEY TASKS):

The key responsibilities and
tasks of a Channel Executive is to generate
sales for the Channel assigned to you through business development, trade
execution and brand activation initiatives with a view to meet the Company’s monthly
and yearly targets in the Commercial Department.
· The specific duties assigned may change at any time within the department responsibilities depending on posting which may rotate.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Manage all the account
partners to perform against short- and long-term company goals across the whole
sales proposition.
·
Deliver growth and revenue
sell-through targets from each business partner within your Channel.
·
Build and maintain strong,
influential and collaborative business relationships with the retailer
management teams, retail partner outlet, and distribution centre with a view to
further grow sales
·
Deliver presentations of the
company products falling under your Channel.
·
Provide sales consulting/
training on the existing company products/ new products to the key account
staff (On trade outlet staffs).
·
Build the right sales
forecast and manage the product inventories with the partners.
·
Ensure the partners have the
correct order backlog in place.
·
Undertake new accounts
development initiatives with proper market survey, competition analysis and
market penetration.
·
Analyse and report business
results and trends on a weekly/ monthly basis.
·
Negotiate with the partners
to build and execute strong and impactful demand generation plans with named
accounts.
·
Initiate On Trade Channel
sell-through programs, promotions and other marketing strategies for improved
business.
·
Ensure the roll-out and
execution of the right merchandising solutions.
·
Lead brand activation
initiatives as delegated by the Channel development manager or its delegate.
·
Perform any other cognate
duties with respect to the channels’ activities.
