About the opportunity

Content Solutions Analyst Sr role is to assist in the design, development, and optimization of high-impact knowledge assets within our Knowledge Management team. In this role, you will drive content excellence across multiple channels, ensuring that our internal, partner, and customer audiences have access to clear, accurate, and actionable information.

You will implement best practices for content creation, and governance. This position requires a blend of writing expertise, technical understanding, and the ability to leverage analytics and AI-driven insights to advance content performance and usability.

 

What you’ll get to do

Content Strategy

  • Work on end-to-end content development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, brand voice, and user experience standards.
  • Partner with Product, Services, and Learning teams to identify content gaps and align knowledge assets with product release cycles.
  • Enforce content governance frameworks, including taxonomy, metadata standards, and structured authoring practices.

Content Development & Optimization

  • Develop and maintain high-quality knowledge content across multiple platforms (knowledge bases, online help, internal portals, and AI-assist tools).
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility through application of style guides, templates, and usability principles.
  • Integrate data-driven insights (search trends, feedback loops, analytics) to continuously improve content discoverability and engagement.
  • Utilize AI tools for content enrichment, automated tagging, and predictive maintenance recommendations.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into user-friendly, accurate documentation.
  • Ensure global content readiness.
  • Champion knowledge-sharing culture

 

 

Skills and experience we value

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, English, Information Design, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in content development, content solutioning, knowledge management, or technical writing, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), version control, and structured authoring tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Paligo, ServiceNow knowledge).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and analytics to optimize content quality, relevance, and discoverability.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, taxonomy design, and metadata-driven content architectures.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet (or equivalent workflow management tools) for tracking and reporting.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Dayforce or similar HCM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in North America time zone a benefit.
