Job Description
Main Duties:
Content Development & Copywriting
·
Write
and develop website content, service pages, landing pages, brochures,
presentations, and marketing collateral;
·
Create
thought leadership articles, market insights, case studies, and opinion pieces;
·
Develop
content that supports business development, lead generation, and brand
positioning initiatives;
·
Ensure
messaging is clear, consistent, professional, and aligned with the Group’s
brand and strategic objectives.
Thought
Leadership & Executive Communications
·
Interview
directors, subject matter experts, and business leaders to extract insights and
develop high-quality content;
·
Draft
LinkedIn content, articles, and executive thought leadership pieces;
·
Support
the positioning of the Group and its leadership team as trusted voices within
their respective sectors and markets.
Social Media &
Digital Content
·
Create
engaging content for LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms;
·
Develop
content calendars aligned to business priorities and growth initiatives;
·
Adapt
content for different audiences, industries, and geographic markets.
Research &
Insight Development
·
Conduct
research into industry trends, regulatory developments, market opportunities,
and business topics;
·
Translate
complex information into practical, commercially relevant content;
·
Identify
opportunities for new content themes and thought leadership initiatives.
Qualification:
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field;
·
4–7
years’ experience in content marketing, corporate communications, journalism,
public relations, copywriting, or a related field;
·
Excellent
writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
·
Ability
to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly and effectively;
·
Strong
interviewing and research skills;
·
Experience
creating content across websites, social media, digital campaigns, and print
collateral.
·
Excellent
attention to detail and organisational skills;
·
Ability
to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Advantageous
·
Experience
in professional services, financial services, legal, consulting, governance,
compliance, or advisory sectors;
·
Experience
developing executive thought leadership content;
·
Understanding
of LinkedIn and B2B content marketing;
·
Basic
understanding of SEO and digital content optimisation.
