Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to
drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and expand our local and
international client base. The role combines digital marketing, business
development, partnership management, and sales activities targeting both B2B
and B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute strategies to
increase enquiries, bookings, and admissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies,
concierge services, corporate partners, insurance companies, healthcare
providers, and referral networks.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities locally and internationally.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to promote the
sanctuary.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and partnership agreements.
Digital Marketing & Brand Management
• Manage social media platforms and
content calendars.
• Create engaging content including posts, videos, blogs, brochures,
newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate digital advertising campaigns across social media and online
platforms.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with website updates and online presence management.
• Support branding initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
• Certification in Marketing,
Communications, Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, hospitality,
tourism, wellness, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital
marketing strategies.
• Experience dealing with tour operators, travel agencies, and hospitality
partners is highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
• Candidates residing in the North, Centre, or East regions will be given
priority.
• Own vehicle is essential.
