Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to ensure a seamless and exceptional
experience for our local and international guests. The successful candidate
will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, bookings, reservations,
admissions coordination, and maintaining excellent relationships with guests
before, during, and after their stay.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for
guest inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and website channels.
• Manage guest bookings, reservations, admissions, and follow-up
communications.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, airport transfers, and guest requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and referral
partners.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct guest satisfaction follow-ups and collect feedback.
• Ensure all guest records, booking information, and CRM systems are updated
accurately.
• Assist with hospitality and guest experience initiatives.
Requirements
• Certification in Hospitality Management,
Tourism, Customer Service, Communications, or related field.
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, reservations, tourism,
wellness, or healthcare environments.
• Experience working with tour operators, travel agencies, or international
clientele will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Candidates residing in the North, Centre, or East regions will be given
priority.
• Own vehicle is essential.
