Job Description

Our client in the FMCG is seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Manager - Modern Trade to join the Commercial Team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Modern Trade sales strategy to achieve company objectives. 
  • Manage relationships with key retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets. 
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, and annual business plans with key accounts. 
  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market trends. 
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Modern Trade sales team. 
  • Ensure excellent in-store execution, visibility, and product availability. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to optimize business performance. 
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses. 

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG sales, including Modern Trade management. 
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. 
  • Proven leadership and team management experience. 
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 
  • Valid driving manual licence.
