Job Description

Our client in the FMCG is seeking to recruit a Sales Analyst & Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the sales department through sales analysis, reporting, coordination of sales activities, customer follow-up, and administrative support. The role aims to improve sales performance, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and provide accurate data to assist management in decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. 
  • Monitor sales performance and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. 
  • Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and customer information. 
  • Coordinate sales orders, deliveries, and customer requirements with internal departments. 
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, presentations, and proposals. 
  • Follow up on customer orders, payments, and pending issues. 
  • Monitor stock availability in collaboration with the warehouse and production departments. 
  • Support in forecasting sales and preparing budgets. 
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales-related records. 
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team. 
  • Prepare KPI reports and dashboards for management review. 
  • Assist in organizing meetings, promotions, and sales campaigns. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 
  • Perform any other duties related to the smooth running of the sales department. 

Profile:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. 
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales analysis, reporting, forecasting or sales analysis. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, formulas). 
  • Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization tools. 
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities. 
  • Ability to interpret trends and provide actionable recommendations. 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. 
  • Experience in FMCG or commercial analysis would be an advantage.
