Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform overnight front office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests in a professional manner.
• Conduct daily auditing procedures by verifying, balancing, and reconciling all guest accounts, revenue postings, and financial transactions.
• Process room charges, payments, foreign exchange transactions, and ensure the accuracy of billing records.
• Prepare daily financial reports, cash summaries, and revenue statistics for management review.
• Monitor occupancy levels, room revenue, and promotional programs while maintaining accurate front office records.
• Ensure all accounts are balanced and closed correctly at the end of each business day.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Promote hotel services and contribute to revenue generation through room and product upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with hotel financial controls, auditing standards, and operational procedures.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and secure front office environment during overnight operations.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs and adhere to hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and professional standards.
