Job Description
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance
•Prepare
employment contracts, HR letters, onboarding documents, ESS credentials, and
job descriptions.
•Ensure
HR processes comply with labour laws
and internal policies.
•Schedule
probation reviews and support HR process improvements.
Recruitment & Onboarding
•May assist recruitment
for
operational and staff roles.
•Screen
CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
•Arrange
interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare job offers.
•Support
induction and onboarding sessions.
Training & Development
•Process
HRDC documentation (G1/G3) and training requests.
•Coordinate
training sessions and follow up on evaluations.
•Maintain
training records and monitor budgets.
Employee Records & Payroll Support
Maintain employee files and ensure complete documentation within onboarding timelines.
HR & Office Support
•Provide
reception and administrative support when required.
•Assist
in welfare activities and HR projects.
Education Requirements
•Degree
in Human Resources Management or related field.
•Good
knowledge of labour laws
and HR practices.
•Strong
organisational
skills and attention to detail.
•Ability
to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
