Job Description

Application Support & Maintenance

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for business applications and end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS systems, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle APEX applications, and integrated platforms.
  • Manage application releases, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure operational continuity.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.

Development & Integration

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend processes, APIs, database objects, and system interfaces.
  • Support integrations between POS systems, Oracle APEX, Oracle Fusion ERP and third-party applications.
  • Design and implement solutions using PL/SQL, C#, REST APIs, SOAP services, and other integration technologies.
  • Participate in business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Design, develop, and maintain operational and management reports.
  • Develop and support dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, synchronization, and reporting consistency across systems.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with business users, vendors, Oracle representatives, and external stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support system testing, deployment, change management, and user acceptance testing.
  • Participate in ERP enhancement projects and process improvement initiatives.

 

User & Operational Support

  • Respond to user queries and technical incidents within agreed service levels.
  • Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Assist departments in optimizing business processes and system utilization.

Infrastructure & Administration

  • Support Oracle APEX server administration and environment management.
  • Assist with Oracle licensing, audits, compliance activities, and vendor interactions.
  • Monitor interfaces, scheduled jobs, and data synchronization processes.
  • Maintain system documentation and technical standards.

 

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, system integrations, and reporting tools such as Power BI and OBIEE.
  • Experience in .NET/C# development is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, or FMCG environments will be an asset.
