Job Summary

Your role will also involve engaging with clients outdoors, building relationships, and promoting our innovative products and services. We value a collaborative spirit, and you will have the chance to work with a diverse team that supports each other’s success by promoting and selling our range of plastic pipes, fittings, and related products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers including contractors, builders, plumbers, consultants, government departments, and retail dealers.
  • Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective customers.
  • Promote the company's plastic pipe products and provide technical product information when required.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback reports.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, product demonstrations, and promotional activities as required.
  • Support collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in plastic pipes, building materials, construction products, or industrial supplies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of the construction and infrastructure market.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an advantage.
