Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming pool and water-based areas to ensure guest safety and enforce safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and perform first aid, CPR, and water rescues when required.
• Provide courteous assistance and information to guests regarding pool facilities and activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the pool area and equipment.
• Participate in regular training and maintain required lifeguard certifications.
• Report incidents, accidents, safety concerns, and maintenance issues in accordance with hotel procedures.
