We're Hiring: Service Manager – Purchasing Manager
Are you a strategic procurement professional with a passion for excellence in hospitality?
As our Purchasing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient sourcing of goods and services while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost control and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and oversee the hotel's purchasing operations and procurement team
✔ Source quality products and services at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
✔ Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and sourcing opportunities
✔ Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure business needs are met
✔ Ensure compliance with procurement policies, local regulations, and import/export requirements
✔ Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the Cost Controller to optimize stock management
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 4 years' experience in purchasing, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment
✔ Degree in Procurement & Supply Management or related field
✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
✔ Knowledge of procurement regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain management
✔ Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications
