Job Description

. Merchant Onboarding Support

  • Follow up on new merchant onboarding processes to ensure timely completion.
  • Verify that all contracts are properly signed and approved by the CEO.
  • Coordinate the transfer of completed onboarding documents to the Customer Service (CS) Team.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for POS installation with merchants.
  • Follow up with merchants regarding any missing documents, photos, logos, menus, or other required information.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and update internal tracking systems.

2. Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up on the marketing calendar to ensure activities are implemented according to schedule.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams regarding promotional campaigns and merchant boosts.
  • Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.

3. Administrative & Communication Support

  • Serve as a liaison between the Sales Department, Accounts Department, and Customer Service Team when the Sales Manager is attending meetings or working on the field.
  • Respond to routine operational queries and ensure smooth communication between departments.
  • Follow up on pending actions and ensure deadlines are respected.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.

4. Field Support & Customer Engagement

  • Accompany the Sales Team during field visits when required.
  • Participate in flyer distribution campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Assist during merchant visits, customer meetings, and business development activities.
  • Support the team during events, activations, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for field activities when required.
