Job Description
. Merchant Onboarding Support
- Follow
up on new merchant onboarding processes to ensure timely completion.
- Verify
that all contracts are properly signed and approved by the CEO.
- Coordinate
the transfer of completed onboarding documents to the Customer Service
(CS) Team.
- Schedule
and coordinate appointments for POS installation with merchants.
- Follow
up with merchants regarding any missing documents, photos, logos, menus,
or other required information.
- Maintain
accurate onboarding records and update internal tracking systems.
2. Marketing Coordination
- Assist
in the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- Follow
up on the marketing calendar to ensure activities are implemented
according to schedule.
- Coordinate
with relevant teams regarding promotional campaigns and merchant boosts.
- Monitor
campaign progress and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
- Assist
in preparing marketing reports and campaign performance summaries.
3. Administrative & Communication Support
- Serve
as a liaison between the Sales Department, Accounts Department, and
Customer Service Team when the Sales Manager is attending meetings or
working on the field.
- Respond
to routine operational queries and ensure smooth communication between
departments.
- Follow
up on pending actions and ensure deadlines are respected.
- Assist
in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
4. Field Support & Customer Engagement
- Accompany
the Sales Team during field visits when required.
- Participate
in flyer distribution campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist
during merchant visits, customer meetings, and business development
activities.
- Support
the team during events, activations, and marketing initiatives.

in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
