Join our dynamic team in Khoyratty/Calebasse, where we are seeking a dedicated Customer Contact Person to play a vital role in enhancing client relationships within the Construction Sector.

As a Customer Contact Person, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring that we meet and exceed their expectations. Your ability to understand client needs and provide timely solutions will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Handling
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored support
  • Address any client inquiries or complaints with professionalism , efficiency and timeliness.
  • Accuracy of invoicing and transaction processing.
  • Daily cash reconciliation
  • Timely submission of reports.
  • Timely resolution of customer enquiries of complaints.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum education: HSC/Bac or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, cash handling, invoicing, administration, or weighbridge operations.
