As a Pastry Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skill in crafting exquisite desserts, pastries, and confections that enhance our guests’ experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, prepare, and present a variety of pastry dishes that reflect our resort's commitment to excellence.
  • Experiment with new recipes and techniques to continually elevate our dessert offerings.
  • Ensure consistent quality of desserts in accordance with resort standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menu items for special events, banquets, and seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their skills and contribute to their culinary journey.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of Secondary Certificate (SC) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience as a pastry chef in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating beautiful, high-quality desserts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
