As a Channel
Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective
communication between our partners and various internal teams. Your
responsibilities will include coordinating marketing initiatives, ensuring all
channel programs run smoothly, and analyzing channel performance metrics to
identify growth opportunities.
The key
responsibilities and tasks will include the following:
1. Responsible
for the growth of the Company's client base through sales of products in view
of meeting the Company's monthly and yearly targets (AOP) whilst retaining
existing customers.
2. Ensure
proper order management to meet sales target.
3. Follow
up on daily sales according to budget set for individual customers.
4. Weekly
visits to customers.
5. Ensure
retail sales activation.
6. Perform
merchandising, stock rotation and follow up on placement of equipment &
credit sales.
7. Enhance
the visibility of our brands both inside and outside all outlets.
8. Ensure
best positioning of coolers, racks and other merchandising materials.
9. Reinforce
our merchandising standards on coolers, racks and shelves.
10. To
ensure proper Trade Age Management.
11. Communicate
relevant market information and competitors’ activities to the Channel
Executive
12. Ensure
that all our signs are kept clean and presentable.
13. Increase
numeric distribution.
14. Assist
in planning and follow up on delivery of product to customers pertaining to
channels.
15. Understand
customer needs & wants and offer significant added value to customers.
16. Convey
the right attitude & motivate the sales force towards achievement of set
objective.
17. Address
performance issues of subordinates (salesmen, helpers & merchandisers)
& identify training needs.
18. Perform
any other cognate duties related to Commercial department or assigned by the
Chief Commercial Officer/Channel Manager/Channel Executive.
