Job Description

Dodo Eco Ltd is a growing Mauritian company specialised in food packaging solutions. We supply supermarkets, restaurants, food manufacturers, caterers, and butchers across Mauritius with reliable packaging products.

🚀 We are looking for a motivated and results-driven OUTDOOR Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team.

📍 Based in Goodlands, with regular customer visits across Mauritius

🟢 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Conduct customer visits and prospecting activities across Mauritius
• Promote and sell our full range of packaging solutions
• Follow up on quotations, samples, and customer enquiries
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Monitor customer needs and market trends
• Maintain weekly accurate sales records and reports 
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

🟢 Requirements

• Proven previous experience in sales and business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Comfortable working with ERP systems for order processing, quotations, and customer management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Valid driving licence
• Fluent in French, English and Creole
• Experience in FMCG, packaging, or related industries is a plus
