Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
- Operational
Oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily operations to maintain
high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality throughout the
mall. To coordinate and control the work of service providers and external
contractors
- Facility
Management: Monitor and manage facility maintenance activities,
including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and escalator/elevator systems,
ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Tenant
and Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for
tenants and vendors, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring compliance
with leasing agreements and mall policies.
- Budget
Management: Assist in developing and managing the annual
operations budget, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving
opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Emergency
Preparedness: Implement and oversee emergency procedures and
protocols to ensure the safety and security of visitors, tenants, and
staff.
- Continuous
Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and propose
solutions to enhance operational efficiency and visitor experience.
- Tenant
Relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing
their operational concerns and ensuring that mall policies are adhered to.
- Compliance
and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and
federal regulations pertaining to mall operations, safety, and
environmental standards.
- Hands-on
skills and ability to perform manual repair work (repair broken pipes,
fixing taps, etc)
- To
have a hands-on understanding of utilities consumption monitoring and
billing
- To
be the acting representative, in the absence of the Operations
Manager
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Degree
in Engineering or any related qualifications OR NTC Level 3 in electrical
with work experience
- Computer
literate (AutoCAD would be a definite advantage)
- Experience
as Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Officer in the manufacturing,
production, luxury hospitality industry or any pressure-driven environment
meeting tight deadlines
- Proven
experience of good leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Roster system
- Late
Duty (Once per week maximum)
The employee needs to perform a late duty (starts work at
12h30 and finishes at 20h30), during weekdays (Monday to Thursday).
- Weekend
Duty (Once per month maximum)
The employee needs to be on duty for any two
shifts during the weekend he/she is on duty:
- Friday
late shift (14h00 to 22h00)
- Saturday
early shift (08h30 to 14h00)
- Saturday
late shift (14h00 to 22h00)
- Sunday
shift (08h30 to 15h00)
