| Assist superior to conduct Performance Appraisal and identify
necessary training measures of respective team members |
| Make recommendations to Superior on team members’ matters and
promotions |
| Ensure that discipline prevails within the team and communicates
any disciplinary issues to Superior / HR Manager |
| Act as a coach |
| Conduct on the job training on a regular basis |
| Establish and maintain effective employee relations, inside
his/her Dept and while working in close collaboration with operations TM |
| Review monthly performance in light of detecting patterns of
non-compliance and/or malpractice |
| Plan
and perform potential frauds investigation |
| Review audit action plans with the Asst Accountant / Financial
Controller |
| Undertake a full-scale investigation into issues raised by
staff, Directors, or customers |
| Implement a strong control environment for new Outlets |
| Conduct follow-up visits to ensure that these controls are being
adhered to |
| Establish
all quality procedures in collaboration with the Finance Dept and QM and
ensure the follow-up |
| Keep
abreast with all Health & Safety procedures and with financial
requirements |
| Conduct
any investigation and/or operational audit duties whenever instructed by
Superior |
| Process
investigation and audit findings for future reference in detailed audit
reports |
