Contract

RACS is looking for a suitable candidate having 2 years of hands-on experience

administering AWS environments, focusing heavily on operational efficiency,

patching, and secure access management.

Core Responsibilities

 Issue Escalation: Resolve complex technical tickets escalated by service

desk teams.

 Patch & State Management: Maintain server compliance across using SSM

Patch Manager.

 Runbook Automation: Create, test, and maintain SSM Automation

documents to eliminate manual operations.

 Access Control: Troubleshoot and manage secure, agent-based server

access via SSM Session Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience supporting AWS

cloud environments.

 Core Tools: Deep familiarity with AWS Systems Manager, IAM, CloudWatch,

EC2, and VPC.

 OS & Scripting: Strong proficiency in Linux/Windows administration and

Bash or PowerShell scripting.

 Certification: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Cloud Practitioner is

highly preferred.
