Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate – Procurement to join our team. At MauBank Ltd, we are committed to operational excellence and delivering value through efficient processes. The selected candidate will support the day-to-day procurement activities of the Bank while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Assist in processing purchase requisitions and raising purchase orders in a timely manner.

·        Support the preparation of requests for quotations and follow up with suppliers.

·        Liaise with vendors to obtain quotations, track deliveries, and resolve basic queries.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.

·        Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with internal departments.

·        Ensure procurement activities are carried out in line with established policies and procedures.

·        Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including filing and reporting.

·        Support supplier onboarding and documentation processes.

PREREQUISITES:

·        A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Up to 1–2 years of experience in procurement, administration, or a related area (fresh graduates may also be considered).

·        Basic understanding of procurement processes and practices.

·        Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

·        Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment

·        Strong desire to learn and having positive attitude

·        Ability to provide appropriate level of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced, process driven environment.

·        Organisation, time management and ability to handle complex, varied workload
