Job Description

MauBank Ltd is seeking motivated, courteous, and customer-focused individuals to join its branch network as Greeter on a three-year contractual basis.

The selected candidates will play an important role in enhancing customer experience by welcoming clients, providing guidance within the branch, and assisting customers with basic enquiries and branch services. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working in a professional banking environment.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Welcome and guide customers upon arrival at the branch.

·        Improve the overall customer experience and first impression at branch level.

·        Facilitate smoother customer flow and queue management within branches

·        Assist customers with basic guidance on branch services and digital banking channels.

·        Reduce congestion at customer service counters by directing customers efficiently.

·        Enable branch staff to focus on higher-value operational and advisory activities.

·        Assist customers with basic banking enquiries and branch procedures.

·        Direct customers to the appropriate service counters or self-service facilities.

·        Ensure a professional and courteous customer experience at all times.

PREREQUISITES:

·        Minimum qualification: Form III Certificate

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Polite, helpful, and customer-focused attitude.

·        Ability to work in a team environment.

·        Basic understanding of customer service principles.

·        Candidates should be well-groomed.

SKILLS:

·        Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, welcoming attitude

·        Good communication skills in English, French, and/or Creole

·        Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers of all backgrounds

·        Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to assist where needed

·        Ability to follow instructions and adhere to branch procedures
