Job Description

Reporting to the  Team Leader – Identity and Access Management;

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator is responsible for the effective administration and governance of user access to IT application systems, ensuring that all access provisioning activities are performed in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner in line with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

The IAM Administrator reviews, validates, and processes service requests related to user access, including the creation, modification, and deactivation of user accounts, as well as the assignment and revocation of access rights and entitlements.

The IAM Administrator plays a critical role in safeguarding organizational systems and data from unauthorized access while supporting operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.


Job Requirements:

·       Provisioning and de-provisioning of access to applications systems as per established policies/processes and procedures.

·       Maintain accurate records of access requests and approvals

·       Process application parameter updates as per established procedures.

·       Provide support and guidance to employees on security controls to maintain secure and compliant operations.

·       Handle escalated inquiries and support tickets in a timely manner.

·       Abide by Group Cybersecurity and IT GRC security policies, processes and standards.

·       Any other cognate duties within the Group Cybersecurity and IT GRC division.


Required Education/Competencies/Experience

Knowledge/Qualifications:

                     Broad general understanding of Information Technology concepts and systems

                     Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent

                     A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field is highly desirable

                     Strong discipline in following documented policies, standards, and procedures

                     Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality customer service

                     Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders

                     Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

                     Motivated, team-oriented, and easily adapt to a complex environment

                     Excellent English communication skills written and spoken, able to translate business request into technical requirements

                     A strong focus on accuracy and organization in daily task

                     Self-starter, ready to accept new challenges and takes ownership

                     Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes to support and use emerging technologies in banking environment.
