Job Description

Main Objective of the Position:-

To oversee and manage the daily operations of all Food & Beverage service outlets, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient service delivery, compliance with company standards, and achievement of departmental financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members while fostering positive employee relations and maintaining high standards of welfare and safety.
  • Monitor service quality, handle guest feedback and complaints, and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Organize and oversee outlet operations, including service preparation, room service, and meal periods.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, health and safety regulations, and grooming requirements.
  • Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, leave monitoring, and performance management of team members.
  • Control operational costs, inventory, equipment, and outlet supplies to support budget objectives.
  • Conduct regular inspections and inventories to maintain operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Prepare and monitor daily sales, guest cover reports, and other operational records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and the delivery of outstanding guest experiences.
