JOB PROFILE

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic Team to ensure the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of purchasing and procurement activities for the organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare Purchase orders and send to suppliers.
• Liaise with Accounts Department to follow up on payment.
• Liaison with authorities to secure required clearances and permits.
• Follow up of orders with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Keep all parties involved informed of the order status at all times.
• Liaise with Clearing Department for clearance of goods for import, export and clearance.
• Track shipments and address any delays.
• Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Higher School Certificate.

·         At least 1 year experience in a similar role will be an advantage. 

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

·         Basic knowledge of M&E tools / tools management.

·         Knowledge of data entry, database management, and reporting.

·         Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records.

·         Good written and oral communication skills in English and French.

·         Ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers.

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
