As part of the expansion of our activities and to meet new challenges, we are recruiting a diligent, motivated and dynamic candidate for the position of Electro Mechanical & Maintenance Officer.

This role blends electrical, mechanical, and automation skills — including troubleshooting, motor and drive maintenance, pneumatics/hydraulics repair, wiring and schematic interpretation, and test/diagnostic procedures & programming — to ensure equipment reliability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be mainly required to:

• Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical equipment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing, and calibrating machinery, as well as working with electronic and mechanical components.
• Designs, develops, and maintains electromechanical systems. Responsibilities include conducting detailed analysis, testing new and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Install and maintain electromechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair problems in electromechanical systems. A strong understanding of principles is essential for diagnosing and repairing faults in electromechanical systems.
• Maintain detailed records of systems performance.
• Implement operational standards to increase efficiency.

·        Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical equipment. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing, and calibrating machinery, as well as working with electronic and mechanical components.

• Outsource best and genuine quality parts, follow maintenance agreements, involve in preventive maintenance.
• The candidate must be able to solve complex problems and troubleshoot electromechanical systems effectively.
• The Ideal candidates should be methodical, safety-focused, and experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance in manufacturing, automation, or field-service environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum: Minimum a diploma in Electromechanical or BSC (Honour) in Electromechanical
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in an industrial environment
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; trustworthy with strong organisational skills.
• Holder of a valid driving licence.
