We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services.

In this pivotal position, you will oversee the daily logistics and distribution operations, ensuring the timely collection and delivery of linen to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of service quality. You will be responsible for coordinating transport schedules, optimizing delivery routes, monitoring vehicle utilization, and ensuring that customer requirements are met efficiently and professionally.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of drivers and delivery personnel, ensuring compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and client service expectations. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing delivery records, tracking inventory movements, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining accurate logistics documentation.

Working closely with the Production, Customer Service, and Operations teams, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes, helping DCS maintain its reputation for reliability and excellence. You will also identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service delivery to our customers.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of HSC/BAC qualification, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proven experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or fleet management. Experience within the hospitality, healthcare, laundry, or service industry would be a distinct advantage.
