Job Description

The Impact You'll Make

You’ll manage documents, follow up on delegated tasks, prepare RFQs, and assist in tender bids—directly supporting our Director and ensuring projects move forward with clarity and purpose.

What You'll Do

  • Keep our document control system organized and accessible.
  • Track and follow up on delegated tasks.
  • Prepare RFQs and compile supplier responses.
  • Assist in preparing professional tender bids.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in secretarial or document control roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
