Job Description

The Human Resources Trainee will provide administrative and operational support to the HR team across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, expatriate administration, and employee engagement activities. The role also includes supporting HR documentation, occupation permit and visa processes, and contributing to HR projects and daily operations while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

Key Responsibilities

·      Assist in expatriate recruitment and administrative formalities, including collection and verification of documents, coordination with external authorities (e.g. occupation permits, visas), and supporting onboarding arrangements

·        Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication)

·        Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

·        Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees

·        Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and internal communications

·        Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR events

·        Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required

·        Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information at all times

·        Assist in HR projects and other assignments as delegated by the HR team


Profile and Skills

·        Open to recent graduates with a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·        Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·        Willingness to learn HR systems and processes

·        Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team
