Role Purpose

As a Showroom Sales Assistant, your mission is to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences and help customers find the right solutions through a smooth and professional sales journey.


What You’ll Do

✔ Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing and showroom interactions
✔ Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to grow sales
✔ Master product knowledge, technical specifications and inventory details
✔ Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
✔ Represent the company proudly during trade shows and promotional events
✔ Deliver engaging product demonstrations and explain product benefits clearly
✔ Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and VAT invoices on Navision
✔ Ensure excellent customer service and customer retention at all times
✔ Provide technical support and product guidance to team members
✔ Work towards targets, deadlines and continuous business growth


What We’re Looking For

✅ HSC Holder
✅ Previous experience in indoor sales or showroom sales
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Sales-driven, energetic and proactive mindset
✅ Knowledge of ERP & CRM tools
✅ A team player with a positive attitude and professional approach
