Job Description
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Manage a designated kitchen section efficiently during service.
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations.
Support junior kitchen staff and assist with training when required.
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
