Job Description

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
  • Manage a designated kitchen section efficiently during service.
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations.
  • Support junior kitchen staff and assist with training when required.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
