Job Description
1. POSITION PURPOSE
The ideal candidate has experience in developing and
executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team.
To undertake marketing activities in order to deliver
and exceed the key Business Objectives from the Attraction Business plan. To
build and develop existing and new target markets as agreed with the Leadership
Team.
The
role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and
supporting revenue generation through effective marketing initiatives aligned
with the Company’s objectives.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Marketing Campaigns &
Execution
- Plan,
coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
- Support
promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
- Ensure timely implementation of
campaigns in line with marketing plans
- Monitor
campaign performance and suggest improvements
2.2 Digital Marketing & Content
Management
- Manage
and update digital platforms, including social media and website content
- Create
and publish engaging content aligned with brand standards
- Monitor online engagement and
respond to customer interactions where required
- Support
digital advertising initiatives and track performance
2.3 Brand Management & Visibility
- Ensure
consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials
- Support
the development of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and
advertisements
- Coordinate
with internal teams and external agencies for design and production
- Maintain
brand standards across all communication channels
2.4 Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to
identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities
- Monitor
competitor activities and market positioning
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies
- Analyse campaign performance and
report findings
2.5 Coordination with Sales &
Operations
- Work
closely with Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with
business needs
- Support the promotion of
packages, events, and special offers
- Ensure
effective communication of campaigns to relevant departments
2.6 Event & Promotional
Activities
- Assist in planning and
coordinating events, activations, and promotional activities
- Ensure
proper execution and brand representation during events
- Support on-site marketing
initiatives when required
2.7 Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit marketing
reports, including campaign performance and analytics
- Maintain
records of marketing activities and budgets
- Track key marketing metrics and
identify areas for improvement
2.8 Ancillary Duties
- Perform any other duties
reasonably related to the role as may be assigned by Management
- Support
cross-functional projects and business initiatives
- Assist in PR, CSR, and business
development activities where required
- Provide
support during peak operational or promotional periods
