Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Process monthly payrolls for all employees accurately and within deadlines.
  • Verify attendance records, timesheets, leave records, overtime, and shift allowances.
  • Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, service charges, and other payroll-related payments.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, and salary changes.
  • Reconcile payroll data and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Process final settlements for terminated employees.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll audits and provide supporting documentation when required.
  • Ensure payroll systems and employee records are updated accurately.
