Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Polyvalent Maintenance Worker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out masonry, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance works
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of work areas and tools
- Assist in renovation and installation works when required
- Follow safety procedures and report major issues to Management
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance, plumbing, masonry and/or electrical works
- Hands-on, versatile and able to work independently
- Good sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Driving license would be an advantage
