Job Description
We’re Hiring: Technical Sales Representative (B2B Projects)
We are looking for a Technical
Sales Representative to strengthen our B2B Projects business. This
role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building
relationships, providing technical solutions, and contributing to high-value
construction and fit-out projects.
You will work closely with Architects,
Project Managers, and Interior Designers, supporting them from the design
phase through to project execution, while driving sales growth and market
presence.
Key Responsibilities
·
Develop and grow Batimex’s B2B Projects
segment by promoting its products and services to potential and existing
customers.
·
Conduct professional presentations,
proposals, and meetings with Architects, Project Managers and Interior
Designers to understand project requirements.
·
Provide technical advice and recommend
suitable product solutions, particularly during the design phase of projects.
·
Build, strengthen and maintain relationships
with existing clients while identifying new opportunities for upselling and
cross-selling.
·
Conduct market research to identify new
business opportunities, market trends and competitive insights.
·
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while
ensuring profitability for the company.
·
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales
activities, client interactions, pipeline and forecasts in the CRM system.
·
Monitor sales performance against targets and
provide regular updates to management.
· Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities
to promote the Batimex brand.
The ideal candidate should
have:
- Diploma in Sales or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales,
preferably in construction or building materials
- Strong communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a results-driven
approach
- Valid driving licence and willingness to
travel as required
