Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and service-driven Assistant Head Concierge to support the leadership of our Concierge team and help deliver world-class guest experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards.This role requires exceptional local knowledge, strong leadership skills, excellent relationship-building abilities and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Concierge in delivering bespoke, intuitive, and discreet luxury services.
  • Deliver highly personalized concierge services and tailor-made guest experiences.
  • Coordinate guest experiences including excursions, weddings, private events, and bespoke activities.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally while ensuring service recovery excellence.
  • Coach, mentor and motivate team members to deliver exceptional luxury service.
  • Leadership & Team Management.
  • Drive up selling opportunities including transport services, private experiences and special arrangements. 
  • Ensure compliance with luxury service standards, SOPs and operational procedures
Requirements:
  • Holder of a valid driving license.
  • Has previous experience within Concierge operations or luxury hospitality environments.
  • Possesses excellent knowledge of Mauritius and luxury guest experiences.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Is passionate about delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences. 
  • Shows discretion =, professionalism and attention to detail at all times. 
  • Has strong organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities efficiently. 
  • Is flexible and thrives within a fast-paced luxury environment. 
  • Is flexible with odd working hours including weekends & public holidays.
