Job Description
DUTIES:
- Prepare sales action plans
and strategies to achieve sales target on a monthly basis.
- Schedule sales routing & activity.
- Develop and maintain customer database.
- Plan and conduct direct
marketing activities.
- Identify and attract potential customers.
- Develop and make sales presentation to current and potential clients.
- Develop sales proposals.
- Maintain sales activity
records and prepare sales reports.
- Respond to sales inquiries
and customer concerns.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain good client relationships.
- Monitor and report on competitors' activity, market conditions and product development.

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience and knowledge of sales dynamics in the FMCG sector will be a huge advantage
- Financial Acumen - Knowledge of price margins
- Excellent negotiation & consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Driving license and own means of transport is mandatory
