Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of internal projects across our business. This role works closely with different teams to keep projects organised, on track, and aligned with organisational goals.
You will play a key part in coordinating activities, managing information, and supporting clear communication so that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, collaboration, and seeing work move from idea to delivery.

Responsibility
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of internal projects across assigned business units.
  • Assist with developing clear project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Track project progress and prepare accurate, timely updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure project activities are aligned, consistent, and well‑coordinated across teams.
  • Maintain clear and up‑to‑date project documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, and deliverables.
  • Organise and support project meetings, ensuring actions are followed up and completed.
  • Support communication between team members, business units, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project quality, ensuring information is accurate and standards are met.
  • Track budgets and expenses and support adherence to agreed financial guidelines.
  • Identify project risks or issues early and escalate them appropriately.
  • Support the use of project tools and systems, including resource coordination.
  • Work closely with other departments to support compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project outcomes against agreed service quality targets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by applying practical, cost‑effective project approaches.


Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • A recognised project management certification or accreditation is an advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.

  • Experience in financial services is preferred 
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
  • A collaborative working style, with the ability to support discussions and resolve issues constructively.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
  • Clear and respectful communication skills, both written and verbal.
