Overview of the Role:
The Coffee Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the coffee outlet within the leisure activity environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high product quality, strong team performance, storage and commercial efficiency.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth service.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • Ensure product quality, presentation, and consistency across all beverages and food items.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise service staff.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and on-the-job training.
  • Ensure staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to service standards.
  • Ensure proper storage of products (LIFO) to avoid expiry of products.
  • Control costs, manage inventory, and minimise waste.
  • Support revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and seasonal offering.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised outlet at all times.

Candidate's Profile:
  • Proven experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Good knowledge of food & beverage operations
  • Ability to manage stock, ordering, and cost control
