Job Description
Main Duty
As a Pickup Parcelshops Network Coordinator, you will ensure, within the scope of your portfolio, the quality of service provided by each Pickup Parcelshop and the relevance of the network structure in Mauritius.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing an action plan within various scopes to:
- Achieve network and capacity goals to ensure consistency between the number of Pickup Parcelshops and the number of parcels processed by the company.
- Achieve service quality goals by ensuring partners adhere to contractual commitments.
- Foster partner loyalty and reduce turnover.
- Coordinating Resources
Ensuring that the logistical process requirements are met by:
- Ensuring that the service quality of Pickup Parcelshops meet objectives.
- Ensuring the security of flows is maintained.
- Organizing meetings to define action plans and resolve operational issues.
- Portfolio Management
- Recruitment of New Partners
Organising recruitment activities needed to achieve the expected network coverage in various sectors, including:
- Collaborating with his/her superior on the most suitable locations for implantation.
- Making suggestions for potential network densification and duplication needs.
- Training of new partners
- Ensuring that mutual commitments related to service quality are upheld.
- Supervising the operations center managed by the company.
- Partner Support and Engagement
Enforcing contractual operating conditions of Pickup Parcelshops towards customers by:
- Provide support to merchants until they have a complete understanding of the procedures.
- Foster partner loyalty to reduce turnover.
- Ensure that the merchant's image aligns with the company's recommendations and that processes are followed.
- Implement necessary corrective actions with the partner
- Manage the entire self-billing process of Pickup Parcelshops.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum HSC .
- Minimum 3 years’ of experience in sales and field activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Requisites
- Have a driving license
- The candidate must have his own car
