Job Description
Espace Maison is recruiting an Outdoor Sales Representative to
join its team.
The selected candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients,
achieve revenue targets set by Management, conclude ongoing negotiations, and
identify sales opportunities with both existing customers and new prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously identify and
approach new potential clients to ensure future sales growth and
achievement of targets
- Liaise with the Debtors
Department for proper follow-up on client payments
- Develop effective sales
strategies and enhance selling skills to maintain consistent sales
performance
- Provide efficient customer
service, including after-sales support
- Prepare daily and monthly site
visit reports
- Identify and report any threats
and opportunities observed in the areas visited
- Record, monitor, and address all
client complaints in a timely manner
Candidate Profile
- Higher School Certificate (HSC)
- Degree or Diploma in Sales &
Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as
an Outdoor Sales Representative
- Strong communication and
negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications
- Good product knowledge
