Job Description
CDS Mauritius is looking for a Data Analyst N3 to support a complex delivery programme by implementing analytics and reporting solutions that enhance performance and governance.
You will work closely with operational and assurance teams, translating business needs into actionable dashboards and insights. Your work will directly influence performance monitoring, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting Solutions
- Gather and translate reporting and analytics requirements into effective BI solutions
- Act as the key point of contact for data and reporting within your functional area
- Manage stakeholder expectations and balance competing priorities
Dashboard Development & Performance Monitoring
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Deliver reporting solutions that support performance tracking and informed decisions
- Ensure alignment with governance standards and best practices
Data Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, integration, and accessibility
- Improve overall data quality and reporting processes
- Contribute to the evolution of the organisation’s reporting and data strategy
- Ensure compliance with data governance and information management controls
Knowledge & Skills
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong Power BI expertise (or similar tools such as Tableau or Looker)
- Strong data visualisation skills
- Understanding of data modelling (desirable)
- SQL knowledge (desirable)
- Power Automate / Python / automation tools (a plus)

- Ability to work effectively in hybrid environments
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience delivering impactful dashboards and reporting solutions
- Experience in project-based, operational, or delivery-focused environments is an advantage
- Ability to align reporting outputs with organisational objectives
