We are looking for a Data Analyst N3 who is ready to go beyond traditional reporting and play a key role in building scalable, modern data solutions. This position sits at the intersection of Business Intelligence and Data Engineering, offering the opportunity to work with advanced technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Python, while contributing to high-impact, data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Data Integration & Engineering

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory
• Develop Python scripts for data transformation, automation, and cleansing
• Leverage Databricks (Apache Spark) for large-scale data processing
• Model and structure data for analytics (Datamarts, OLAP Cubes)

🔹 BI Development & Visualization

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI
• Analyze data and deliver actionable insights from the Colas Data Lake
• Improve performance and ensure the reliability and quality of BI solutions

🔹 Collaboration & Support

• Work in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban) within an international team
• Support business users and contribute to the DataViz community
• Create technical documentation and provide high-quality user support

Knowledge & Skills

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL and database modeling
• Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard design and optimization)
• Azure Data Factory (ETL / ELT pipelines)
• Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and collaboration tools (Teams)
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure (Cloud fundamentals)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bsc or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data, BI, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in BI, data engineering, or a similar role
• Fluency in French and working proficiency in English (mandatory)
