French Speaking Account Manager | VAT IT | Grand Baie, Mauritius

Skills / Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Fluent in French, both written and verbal — this is non-negotiable
- Proven experience in B2B account management or a similar client-facing role
- Advanced Excel skills including V-lookups, pivot tables, and formulas
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to build polished client presentations and reports
- Strong data management and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues proactively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build lasting relationships
- Bachelor's degree, with a postgraduate qualification being advantageous
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple accounts
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, delivering exceptional service with a focus on client retention
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts at executive level
- Prepare and deliver high-quality client reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Manage, analyse, and interpret client data to proactively identify potential issues before they escalate
- Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition onto VAT IT's service delivery processes
- Drive transmittals, stock, and submission values to ensure measurable success for both the client and the business
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase the scope of services offered
- Troubleshoot and resolve client queries efficiently, maintaining the highest standard of service delivery
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery for all French-speaking clients
